Nine years later, the company grew into a full marketing and advertising business when it became the exclusive Agent for Premiere Cinemas managing their Advertising Program at both movie theatres in Hollister and Los Banos, California.
In 2015, Creative Design evolved again when it became an affiliate of JL White International, Inc. after completing two of their powerful management and personal development courses. The new affiliation required the change of the business name to CREATIVE DESIGN & CONSULTING. This expanded the business offerings with new marketing strategy product lines which include: Business Branding & Identity, Innovative Management Consulting, and Public Relations.

About The Founder
A Hollister native and graduate of San Benito High School, Tamra M. Koll is the founding Owner and CEO of Creative Design since its inception.
On June 4, 1997, the business was founded while I was working full time out of town as HR and Sales & Marketing Director at a local vegetable seed company.
I worked diligently at night and weekends on my business and began procuring relationships with local contacts and businesses. Being second generation in Hollister, CA, my family name was well known which helped me gain recognition and creditably within the community.
I felt such a sense of accomplishment and after 10 years of working part time for my own business, I took the leap of faith and resigned from my 17 year employment commitment and started working full time for myself.
My business and personal contacts have led to many contributions, sponsorships and the recruitment of new leadership for the community. As I continued establishing my business, in 2010, I quickly became deeply involved with the community and joined the Chamber of Commerce and started volunteering with the Ambassador’s Program. Within a year, I was asked to join the Board of Directors where I served for three years along with the Board of Directors for the Hollister Downtown Association, and various subcommittees for both organizations for multiple years.
I am a great proponent and supporter of businesses in the community as well as the Hollister Downtown Association and am the brain-child of their annual Wine & Beer Stroll Fundraiser beginning with the first event in 2013. Once again this year, I am the Coordinator for this event for the fourth time.
July 2012, I moved the business out of my house and opened an office in downtown Hollister which has been very successful in increasing our exposure and sales.
July 2014, I expanded and moved the business to a larger office still in downtown Hollister. This transition has made a remarkable impact on the business and allowed for increased growth.
January 2015, after completing two of his classes, I became an affiliate of JL White International, Inc. Through these programs I have identified my life purpose of using my skills to share my unique talents in coaching individuals and organizations how to create and define their goals by teaching them the valuable tools they need to accomplish their goals and desires successfully.
Throughout my career, I have learned that being a successful woman is something to be proud of and rewarding but also definitely requires a lot of hard work and dedication.

Through my recent personal and professional development course studies, I have identified my life’s purpose and am pleased to share that Creative Design & Consulting is where I am able to use and share my skills and unique talents in coaching individuals and organizations how to create and define their personal, relationship, business, financial, and life goals by teaching them the valuable tools they need to accomplish their goals and desires successfully.
My favorite pastimes include: cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends making lasting memories….
